When Kim and Andy asked me to shoot their wedding, I knew I was in for a SERIOUS party. I shot Kim’s brother’s wedding two years ago so I knew this wasn’t going to be a shy crowd. They didn’t disappoint. From the moment I opened the door to shoot their “getting ready” pictures people were hugging me, telling me hello and calling me over to take their picture. Kim and Andy’s wedding has me excited for wedding season this year. I know there will be many great moments to come.
I worked with some GREAT vendors at this wedding:
Nora Sheils of Bridal Bliss handled the coordination and performed one of the smoothest “room flips” I’ve seen.
ZEST Floral and Event Design provided all of the lovely flowers. I especially liked the floral design on the floor at the ceremony.
DOSHA did Kim’s beautiful hair and makeup.
Hollywood Lighting provided the ambiance at the reception.
Andy’s own company Capers Catering provided the food complete with escargot and fresh oysters. (Which I loved)
Chad Dowling Productions kept the party going until midnight.
Dream Cakes baked a delicious cake. (I fancy myself kind of a cake expert since I eat it nearly every weekend =)
And of course the staff of the Left Bank Annex was great to work with and made shooting at their wedding venue a pleasure.
