Traci and Luke’s Engagement Pictures in Corvallis, Oregon

Lot’s going on lately! You may remember Traci from when we shot her band for possible album covers a few weeks ago. Well Traci and Luke are getting married next month so we brought little Dylan along for some fun family/ engagement pictures at their home. One thing I love about shooting in the Corvallis/Eugene area is that there are so many great places. The sky was just amazing during the shoot so I’m glad I had a chance to take advantage of that.

For all you gear junkies I shot did the top shot with a 60 inch softbox mounted on a single Alien B800 Head at full power.

Brittany and Bret’s Engagement Photos in Corvallis

Brittany and Bret are another OSU success story. They met on their very first day of college at Oregon State University and have been together ever since. Of course it only made sense to shoot their engagement pictures on campus.

Amy and Ian’s Engagement Pictures

A lot of times I shoot engagement pictures a year before the wedding. Sometimes a couple of days before! That was the case with Amy and Ian as we did their engagement pictures on Friday and they got married on Saturday. I still love doing engagement sessions. It’s one of my favorite parts of being a wedding photographer and really getting to know my clients on a more personal level. That way on the wedding day it feels more like a new friend showing up with a lot of camera gear rather than a “hired gun”. Kristen and Thomas’ Engagement Session in Corvallis

I had a so much fun shooting Kristen and Thomas’ engagement session yesterday. Kristen is the owner of Modern Avenue Boutique in Corvallis so it was cool to take pictures of someone who knows a lot about clothes and how they should look. Besides shooting Kristen and Thomas’ wedding next year, I’ll be working on a special project with Kristen for her store. More to come soon!

Sarah and Michael’s Engagement Session in Corvallis, Oregon

I was so flattered when Sarah called to book me for her wedding. She said that she had admired my work for a while and had several friends whose weddings I had shot and new before even meeting that she wanted me to document her and Michael’s wedding. I’m looking forward to traveling to the McMinville, Oregon area for their wedding next year!

Ashley and Beau moved to Southern Oregon from Montana a little while ago and we really wanted to capture the fun outdoor nature that they have. I’m excited to be shooting their wedding next year in the Medford area. I know it will be great!

Brooke and David’s Engagement Session Ashland Oregon

I’m really excited to be shooting a few weddings in Southern Oregon next year! I’m originally from Klamath Falls so I love any excuse to head down to Roseburg, Medford or Ashland area. We did Brooke and David’s engagement session in downtown Ashland, and next year they will be getting married in Lithia Park. Can’t wait!
